Japan Education Fair 1996

JAKARTA (JP): The Japan Education Fair will be held on July 2
and July 3 by the Association of International Education of Japan
and the association of Japanese alumni.

The Fair will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days at the Puri
Agung Sahid Jaya Hotel.

The associations will receive support for the fair from the
Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture and the Embassy of
Japan in Indonesia.

According to the embassy, the fair acts as an information
center for Indonesian students and young researchers who want to
study in Japan. The Fair will provide information to students and
researchers on which university is most appropriate.

The Fair will also provide an opportunity for about 50
Japanese universities and colleges to publicize their courses.
Indonesian-Japanese interpreters will attend the fair. (sur)
