Janger Toll Road Pavement Reconstruction Begins on 7 May: Locations and Schedule

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk will begin reconstructing the pavement on the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road (Janger) on Thursday (7/5/2026) until Monday (18/5/2026).

This repair is being carried out in line with the high daily traffic intensity on that stretch to keep the road quality reliable and improve user comfort.

Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad, through Representative Office 2, along with PT Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance (JMTM), stated that the work will be conducted at several points with traffic arrangements and the installation of signs in the work areas.

During the process, the lanes under repair will be temporarily impassable. However, the other lanes will remain available for road users.

Senior Manager of Representative Office 2, Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division, Ginanjar Bekti Rakhmanto, said this reconstruction is part of routine maintenance.

“This pavement maintenance is part of our efforts to keep the road condition optimal so that road users can drive more safely and comfortably,” said Ginanjar, quoted on Wednesday (06/05/2026).

Jasa Marga urges road users to be cautious, obey traffic signs, and follow the instructions of on-site officers.

Users are also asked to adjust their travel times to avoid congestion around the work locations.
