Jakreadies Grand Launch of 5th Centenary Logo at Bundaran HI on 27 June
The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has prepared a series of events for the launch of the 5th Century Jakarta logo, which will be held at the Hotel Indonesia (HI) Roundabout this weekend. The agenda is part of the peak evening celebrations for Jakarta’s 499th anniversary.
In addition to the logo launch, the public will be treated to a video mapping show, a flying LED show, a lighting show, and performances by top musicians.
According to a post on the official DKI Jakarta Provincial Government account, the logo launch event will take place at the Bundaran HI, Central Jakarta, on Saturday, 27 June 2026. The event will run from 15:30 to 22:00 WIB.
The poster indicates that the launch of the 5th Century Jakarta logo is one of the main agendas for the peak evening of the 499th Jakarta Anniversary celebrations. The activities are centred in the Bundaran HI area, which has frequently been the location for major celebrations and events held by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
The peak evening of the 499th Jakarta Anniversary will be filled with various performances. The public can watch video mapping, a flying LED show, a lighting show, as well as art installations and waste sorting installations prepared along the event area. This series of events demonstrates that this year’s Jakarta anniversary celebration not only presents musical entertainment but also a visual experience in the public space. Several elements have been prepared to enliven the launch of the identity towards the upcoming 5th century of Jakarta.
Based on the event poster, the peak evening of the 499th Jakarta Anniversary will be hosted by Desta and Okky Lukman. A number of musicians and performers are also scheduled to appear to enliven the event at the Bundaran HI. The list of performers includes Padi Reborn, Mahalini, Adrian Khalif, Pasming Based, Cici Faramida, Moluccan Soul, Sania, Skarbu, Nadansa, and Eshine. The event is also scheduled to be broadcast live on Trans TV from 19:30 to 21:00 WIB.
