Jakpro Strengthens JIS Commercialisation Strategy through Partnership with Feel Good Network
PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) (Jakpro) and Feel Good Network have officially signed a strategic partnership agreement for the management of naming rights for Jakarta International Stadium (JIS). This collaboration is an important step in optimising the commercial potential of the stadium, a source of pride for the people of Jakarta, while strengthening JIS’s position as one of the most prestigious sponsorship assets in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Through this partnership, Feel Good Network will support the comprehensive management and development of JIS’s naming rights commercialisation strategy, starting from the formulation of marketing strategies, management of the tender process, negotiation assistance, to the implementation of cooperation with selected sponsor partners. As an international standard stadium that has hosted various global-scale sporting events, entertainment, and activities, JIS has strategic value not only in its infrastructure function but also in its brand strength and exposure. The naming rights programme is expected to generate long-term collaborations that benefit all parties while supporting the sustainability of city asset management. As part of the JIS naming rights commercialisation process, Jakpro and Feel Good Network will carry out a number of strategic stages beginning with market sounding to map market interest and identify partnership potential. This stage will be followed by exploration with a number of companies and brands deemed to have compatibility with the character, values, and positioning of JIS as an international standard stadium. After the exploration process is complete, Jakpro will conduct a limited tender (by invitation only) by inviting selected corporations and brands that meet the established criteria. This approach is designed to ensure the process is carried out professionally and results in partnerships that can provide strategic value for all parties. The JIS naming rights will be offered under a five-year cooperation scheme. This period is designed to provide certainty, stability, and long-term visibility for sponsor partners, while maximising the brand exposure potential of JIS as a leading sports, entertainment, and public space destination in Jakarta. Director of Business & Operations of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), Adi Adnyana, stated that this initiative is part of Jakpro’s efforts to continue developing innovative, professional, and sustainable asset management models. ‘Jakarta International Stadium is a strategic city asset designed to be more than just a stadium. JIS is present as a sports, entertainment, and public space destination (multipurpose venue) that makes the people of Jakarta proud, while supporting Jakarta’s transformation into a competitive, sustainable, and cultured global city. This partnership with Feel Good Network in managing naming rights is an important step to bring in the right corporate partners, who not only provide economic value but are also able to strengthen JIS’s identity, attractiveness, and reputation on a global level,’ said Adi Adnyana. CEO of Feel Good Network, Wisnu Satya Putra, expressed his optimism regarding the great potential of JIS as a collaboration platform between the public sector and the business world. ‘JIS is an asset with strategic value and enormous commercial potential. We see an opportunity to present partnerships that not only provide business benefits but also create a positive impact for the development of the sports, entertainment, and lifestyle ecosystem in Jakarta. We welcome this trust with full enthusiasm and are committed to delivering a professional, transparent process, and producing the best partners for JIS,’ said Wisnu. Through this naming rights initiative, Jakpro hopes to open wider collaboration opportunities with the business world while strengthening the sustainability of city asset management. This step is also in line with the efforts of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in encouraging financing innovation, optimising regional assets, and strengthening Jakarta’s position as a competitive global city at the international level.
