JakOne Mobile by Bank Jakarta Wins Digital Excellence Awards 2026
Bank Jakarta has successfully secured the Top Digital Application Regional Banking award for JakOne Mobile at the JawaPos.com Digital Excellence Awards 2026, held in Jakarta on Thursday (30/07). The award was presented to Bank Jakarta in recognition of its consistency in driving digital banking services through the JakOne Mobile application.
This achievement is part of Bank Jakarta’s commitment to strengthening digital transformation by developing JakOne Mobile as a modern financial services platform. The continuous innovations aim to provide an easy, secure, and comfortable banking experience for customers, while supporting Bank Jakarta’s vision of establishing Jakarta as a global city supported by an increasingly advanced digital ecosystem.
The President Director of Bank Jakarta, Agus H. Widodo, stated in an official statement that digital transformation is one of the company’s strategic pillars to enhance competitiveness and expand access to financial services for the public. “This award reflects Bank Jakarta’s commitment to implementing sustainable digital transformation. We will continue to introduce digital service innovations that provide convenience, security, and added value for customers, while supporting the acceleration of the digital economy and strengthening Bank Jakarta’s role in realising Jakarta as a global city,” said Agus.
Meanwhile, the Director of Technology & Operations of Bank Jakarta, Daniel Setiawan Subianto, noted that the award is the result of the company’s continuous efforts to build a customer-oriented digital ecosystem. “The development of JakOne Mobile focuses not only on adding features but also on improving user experience quality, system reliability, and transaction security. Through the use of technology, Bank Jakarta will continue to present digital banking innovations that are fast, easy, and secure, aligned with the evolving needs of society,” Daniel remarked.
In addition to the Digital Excellence Awards, Bank Jakarta also received the Indonesia Public Relations Top Leader Award 2025, organised by Warta Ekonomi. This award was presented to Bank Jakarta in recognition of its implementation of transparent and credible corporate communication, aimed at strengthening company reputation, information openness, and maintaining harmonious relationships with all stakeholders.
