Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of DKI Jakarta recorded the province’s revenue performance at Rp29.29 trillion through the second quarter of 2026, or 41 per cent of the total budget of Rp71.45 trillion.

“Revenue performance through the second quarter is still in line with the targets that have been set,” said the Head of Bapenda DKI Jakarta, Lusiana Herawati, at a press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday.

The total revenue performance comprised locally generated revenue (PAD) of Rp26.65 trillion and transfer revenue of Rp2.64 trillion.

PAD consisted of regional taxes of Rp23.88 trillion, regional levies of Rp0.58 trillion, proceeds from the management of separated regional assets of Rp0.05 trillion, and other legitimate PAD of Rp2.13 trillion.

Lusiana said that, specifically for tax realisation in Q2-2026, revenue grew 1.39 per cent year on year. The main factor driving this growth came from rural and urban land and building tax (PBB P2) receipts, which showed strong performance in line with the tax incentive policy.

“As of 30 June, PBB has realised Rp8.7 trillion of a total budget of Rp11 trillion thanks to the incentives provided through Governor Decree Number 339 of 2026. For PBB in DKI, there have been no disruptions in collection, growing 5.74 per cent compared with last year,” Lusiana explained.

She said the DKI Provincial Government would continue to pursue revenue in order to meet the established target of Rp71.45 trillion.

One of the efforts being undertaken is strengthening the Electronic Transaction Perporation Agent (E-TRAPT) to reinforce taxpayer compliance and support the optimisation of regional revenue.

“As of this month, we have installed 5,900 E-TRAP units, and around four thousand more have committed to installation by year-end. So we may be able to implement more than 10,000 this year,” Lusiana said.
