PAM JAYA, together with the DKI Jakarta TP PKK, Daya Wanita PAM JAYA, and the Jakarta Kebaya Community (KKJ), is presenting a free mass circumcision programme for 2,000 children in DKI Jakarta. The event is being held to enliven the 499th anniversary of the City of Jakarta.

The programme will be implemented at six locations spread across all areas of Jakarta, including the Thousand Islands, enabling more residents to benefit. In addition to free circumcision services handled by experienced medical personnel, each participant will also receive a t-shirt, a meal package, and circumcision trousers.

“Through this activity, PAM JAYA hopes to help ease the burden on the community while delivering health benefits for Jakarta’s children. This programme is also a manifestation of social care and a spirit of collaboration in welcoming the 499th anniversary of the City of Jakarta, so that the celebratory momentum becomes more meaningful through activities that provide lasting benefits,” said PAM JAYA President Director Arief Nasrudin in a written statement on Wednesday (24/9/2026).

Arief Nasrudin stated that the programme represents the company’s commitment to delivering tangible benefits to the community, especially during the celebration of DKI Jakarta’s 499th anniversary. “We want PAM JAYA’s presence to not be limited to piped drinking water services, but also to provide a social contribution that is directly felt by the community. Through this mass circumcision, we hope to help ease the burden on parents while providing health benefits for Jakarta’s children,” said Arief.

For all residents of DKI Jakarta, the dates and locations are as follows:

  1. East Jakarta Mayor’s Office - 23 & 24 June 2026

  2. West Jakarta Mayor’s Office - 29 & 30 June 2026

  3. South Jakarta Mayor’s Office - 1 & 2 July 2026

  5. Thousand Islands Regent’s Office - 7 July 2026

  6. DKI Jakarta Provincial Government City Hall - 8 July 2026.

PAM JAYA invites all Jakarta residents to make the best use of this programme and to help disseminate the information to family and neighbours. “Let us celebrate the 499th anniversary of DKI Jakarta together with a spirit of sharing, mutual cooperation, and care for the health of the nation’s next generation,” he concluded.
