Travellers planning to return home from Jakarta to Yogyakarta via toll roads can take advantage of the 2026 homecoming toll discount programme.

The programme offers a toll tariff reduction of 30 per cent. The Lebaran 2026 toll tariff discount applies from 15 March at 00.00 WIB until 16 March at 24.00 WIB.

This tariff reduction makes travel costs from Jakarta to Yogyakarta via toll roads considerably cheaper compared to normal rates.

The journey route to Solo passes through several major toll road segments on the Trans-Java Toll Road route. These include the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll, Semarang-Batang Toll, Semarang-Solo Toll, and the Solo-Yogyakarta Toll.

The Jakarta-Yogyakarta toll tariff for 2026 is Rp 622,500, which represents the fare from Jakarta to the Prambanan Toll Gate and does not include the 2026 homecoming toll discount.

During the period from 15 March at 00.00 WIB until 16 March at 24.00 WIB, toll road users will receive the 2026 homecoming toll discount specifically for the Jakarta-Semarang journey segment.

The Jakarta-Semarang Toll discount for 2026 is Rp 142,050. However, the Semarang-Solo and Solo-Prambanan toll segments do not qualify for the discount.

After the discount is applied, the Jakarta-Yogyakarta toll tariff for Class I vehicles, which was previously Rp 622,500 before the discount, becomes Rp 480,450 after the discount.

Homecoming travellers using this Jakarta to Yogyakarta route are advised to prepare electronic toll card credit of at least Rp 500,000 to ensure smooth passage.
