Jakarta yesterday: City revenue reaches Rp29 trillion to ship fire
The Jakarta Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) recorded that the revenue performance of DKI Jakarta Province reached Rp29.29 trillion up to the second quarter of 2026, or 41 percent of the total budget of Rp71.45 trillion. ‘Revenue performance up to the second quarter is still in line with the set targets,’ said Head of Bapenda DKI Jakarta Province, Lusiana Herawati, during a press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday.
DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung Wibowo stated that public transport users in Jakarta, such as Transjakarta, MRT, and LRT, increased by approximately 9.7 percent in the second quarter. ‘The number of people using TJ, MRT, LRT reached 230 million in this second quarter, an increase of around 9.7 percent,’ Pramono said at Jakarta City Hall on Wednesday. Public transport connectivity in the capital is also improving.
