Jakarta Weather Forecast for 19 August 2026: Potential Rain

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) has issued a weather forecast for the DKI Jakarta area today, Wednesday, 19 August 2026. Based on the latest data, most of Jakarta is predicted to be hit by rain with light to moderate intensity, while only the Seribu Islands is observed to be clear.

Today’s weather conditions show air temperatures ranging from 25°C to 32°C. The public is asked to be aware of the fairly high humidity levels, especially in East Jakarta, which reaches a maximum of 96%.

Based on BMKG data as of 04:44 WIB, South Jakarta and East Jakarta recorded the highest maximum temperature, reaching 32°C. Meanwhile, East Jakarta is the area with the highest humidity level in Jakarta, reaching 96%. Conversely, the Seribu Islands has the most stable temperature range and tends to be lower than other mainland areas.
