South Jakarta PMI Provides Health Education to Disaster Survivors in Nagekeo, NTT
The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of South Jakarta provided health education to children who survived disasters in Nagekeo Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, as an effort to increase knowledge amidst changing environmental conditions. “This health education is vital to provide children with an understanding of clean and healthy living behaviours, especially in post-disaster conditions. We hope the education provided can be practised in daily life,” said the Chairperson of PMI South Jakarta, Mundari, in Jakarta, on Monday.

The Mayor of Central Jakarta, Arifin, stated that Jakarta’s economic growth, which reached 5.52 per cent in the second quarter of 2026, must be directed towards improving the community’s quality of life. “We must continue to direct this growth towards enhancing the quality of life for our people,” Arifin said during the 81st Anniversary Ceremony of the IKADA Great Rally in Jakarta, on Monday.
