Jakarta Transportation Agency Launches 24-Hour Call Centre 1500813
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government now has an integrated service centre operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, namely a call centre on the number 1500813 for submitting transport-related reports.
“Through the call centre 1500813, the public now only needs to contact one number to obtain services and submit various reports related to transport,” said the Head of the DKI Jakarta Transport Agency (Dishub), Budi Awaluddin, in an official statement on Wednesday.
Through this number, the public can access various services, including towing services, emergency escort services, and funeral escorts.
In addition, the public can also submit complaints regarding traffic facilities and infrastructure, as well as road incidents such as traffic accidents, fallen trees, and fires that affect traffic flow.
“We want to deliver services that are faster, easily accessible, and provide certainty for the public. This is a concrete manifestation of the spirit of Dishub Being Present for Jakarta,” Budi affirmed.
The event will be officially inaugurated by DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung, and will be attended by DKI Jakarta Deputy Governor Rano Karno and the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta Province, Uus Kuswanto.
The occasion will also be enlivened by a performance by the music group D’MASIV.
The DKI Jakarta Provincial Transport Agency invites all members of the public to attend and enliven the launch of Call Centre 1500813 at the car-free day (HBKB) at the Hotel Indonesia (HI) roundabout this week.
