JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Jakarta Transportation Department (Dishub) is implementing a traffic management plan on several roads this morning, Sunday (17/5/2026).

The traffic management plan is being implemented in connection with the Telkomsel Digiland Run 2026 event, which will take place from 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

The Acting Head of the Jakarta Transportation Department, Ujang Hermawan, said that the event will be attended by participants from various categories, ranging from 5-kilometer runs to 10-kilometer runs and a 21-kilometer half marathon.

“In connection with the Telkomsel Digiland Run 2026 event, which will take place from 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM, traffic diversions will be implemented on roads that intersect with the event route,” said Ujang in a written statement quoted on Sunday (17/5/2026).

The Jakarta Transportation Department has also prepared several alternative routes to reduce vehicle congestion during the event.
