Jakarta Toll Roads Monday Morning Traffic: Multiple Congested Points with Contraflow Measures
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Traffic conditions on several Jakarta toll roads and surrounding areas on Monday (25 May 2026) morning varied. Some sections remained smooth, but several points experienced congestion due to high vehicle volumes, prompting contraflow traffic management. According to the latest update from PT Jasa Marga via its official X account between 7:00-7:10 AM WIB, congestion was observed on the Jagorawi Toll Road, Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road (Janger), and the Inner City Toll Road.
- Inner City Toll Road
Congestion also occurred at several points on the Inner City Toll Road heading towards Pluit and Cawang. High vehicle volumes were recorded from Cawang KM 01 to Tebet KM 02 and Tebet KM 03 to Pancoran KM 04. Congestion also occurred in the Semanggi area heading towards Pluit and Tomang towards Cawang.
Contraflow measures were implemented from after Halim Toll Gate KM 01+300 to Senayan KM 08+100.

For the JORR East Toll Road, traffic flow from TMII to Rorotan remained smooth. However, congestion occurred on the Jatiasih KM 39 to Setu KM 36+400 stretch due to a vehicle obstruction in the left lane.
Meanwhile, on the JORR W2S Toll Road, traffic from Pondok Pinang to Pondok Ranji remained smooth.
However, vehicle queues formed from Pondok Ranji KM 05 to Bintaro KM 02 due to high traffic volume.
Significant congestion was reported on the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road towards Tomang in the morning.
