Jakarta-Surabaya Motorway Fares for Eid 2026 Holiday Travel After Discount

Motorway users planning to travel from Jakarta to Surabaya can take advantage of the 2026 Eid holiday motorway fare discount programme.

The 30 per cent motorway fare discount for the 2026 holiday period applies from 15 March starting at 00:00 WIB until 16 March at 24:00 WIB.

With this fare reduction, the cost of travel from Jakarta to Surabaya via motorway becomes more economical compared to standard fares.

For travel from Jakarta to Semarang, vehicles typically pass through several major motorway sections on the Trans-Java route. The routes include the Jakarta-Cikampek Motorway through to the Semarang-Solo Motorway.

The Jakarta-Surabaya motorway fares apply to travel up to the Warugunung Toll Gate (GT) in Surabaya.

Below are the standard fare details for each motorway section before the 2026 Eid holiday discount is applied:

During the period from 15 March at 00:00 WIB until 16 March at 24:00 WIB, motorway users will receive the 2026 holiday fare discount specifically for the Jakarta-Semarang travel segment.

However, the 2026 Eid holiday fare discount does not apply to motorway sections after Semarang through to Surabaya. Therefore, fares in that segment remain at standard rates.

When calculated overall, the total Jakarta-Surabaya motorway fare for 2026 for Class I vehicles after discount is estimated to reach IDR 783,250.

Motorway users travelling this route are advised to prepare electronic payment balance of at least IDR 850,000 to ensure smooth travel.
