Jakarta SIM Keliling Today, 5 March 2026: Check Schedule, Locations and Fees

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Jakarta SIM Keliling locations today, Thursday (5 March 2026), are available at five points to service the renewal of active SIM A and SIM C driving licences. The SIM Keliling service operates from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB.

The SIM Keliling programme is provided by the Traffic Directorate of the Metro Jaya Regional Police to facilitate residents renewing the validity of their driving licences without needing to go to the Satpas (Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi SIM).

Operational information is conveyed through the official X account TMC Polda Metro Jaya.

Residents are advised to come early as service time is limited and queues typically increase toward noon.

Note that the SIM Keliling service does not handle new driving licence applications. If a licence has expired, even by one day, applicants must apply for a new licence at Satpas.

The current fees are as follows: the cost includes a psychological/psychometric test Rp 100,000, a medical (eye) check Rp 35,000, and the issue of the licence around Rp 125,000–Rp 130,000.

Direct renewal is also available at a number of Satpas.

With these options, Jakarta residents are expected to renew their driving licences on time without being hampered by distance or queueing.
