Jakarta Revenue Agency Opens Samsat Outlet at Jakarta Fair for Easier Tax Payment

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, through the DKI Jakarta Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda), is providing convenient motor vehicle tax payment services at the Jakarta Fair (Pekan Raya Jakarta or PRJ). Through the presence of a Samsat outlet in the PRJ area, the public can not only enjoy various entertainment, exhibitions, and culinary offerings but also directly pay their Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) at the same location. This step is part of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government’s efforts to bring regional tax services closer to the public so they are more accessible and do not consume taxpayers’ time. The service is made even more beneficial by a programme waiving administrative sanctions for Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) and Motor Vehicle Title Transfer Fee (BBNKB). The programme is running to celebrate the 499th anniversary of Jakarta City, from 1 June to 31 August 2026.
