Now there’s an app, so we can see how long we have to wait for the bus. No need to worry about waiting too long,’ she said. This ease of access to information is considered one of the factors that increases public comfort in using public transport. The presence of technology also helps users plan their journeys more efficiently. On the other hand, the public hopes that the development of Transjakarta services will continue. The addition of fleets and closer integration with other modes of transport are considered important to meet the increasing mobility needs of Jakarta residents.
