Jakarta Receives IDR 2.27 Trillion in Assets from Developer Handover of Social and Public Facilities
The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta has received assets valued at IDR 2.27 trillion from the handover of social facilities (fasos) and public facilities (fasum) by developers during the first semester of 2026. These assets will be utilised to strengthen the provision of public spaces, housing, and various other services.
The handover was marked by the signing of 27 official reports at Jakarta City Hall on Wednesday (5/8/2026). Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung stated that the assets received comprise land covering an area of 224,969 square metres, a land contribution of 21,803 square metres, and a conversion of RSM/S valued at IDR 56.97 billion.
“Today, the DKI Jakarta Government has completed the signing of 27 official reports for the fulfilment of social and public facility obligations for the first semester of 2026, with a total value of IDR 2.27 trillion,” Pramono said at City Hall.
Pramono explained that the asset handover process is conducted directly from the developer to the regional head, then forwarded to the Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD), before finally being handed over to the relevant regional apparatus organisations (OPD) for management. He noted that he deliberately requested the entire handover process be conducted openly to increase public trust and strengthen the governance of government-owned assets.
“The signing was completed directly from the developer to the regional head, then from the regional head to the asset agency, and now it is handed over to the relevant OPD,” he said. “I have asked the relevant ranks to ensure that this arrangement is carried out transparently.”
He added that the acceleration of the fulfilment of social and public facility obligations over the past three years has shown increasingly positive results. Throughout 2023 to the second semester of 2025, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government received 213 official reports with a total asset value reaching IDR 42.537 trillion.
Based on the 2025 Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD), the total obligation for the handover of social and public facilities from developers amounts to 27,052,267 square metres. To date, 18,494,947 square metres have been handed over to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, while 8,557,320 square metres, or approximately 31.63 percent, are still in the process of being resolved.
In the first semester of 2026, North Jakarta recorded the highest handover value at IDR 1.277 trillion through eight official reports. The handover included land covering 64,199 square metres, construction spanning 28,004 square metres, and four RSM/S conversions. “The largest contribution came from PT Multiduta Paramacentra, with a land handover valued at IDR 1.138 trillion. The assets handed over are not only in the form of land but also include facilities that can be directly utilised by the public, such as playgrounds and fields in apartment blocks, parks, and other infrastructure,” he added.
