Jakarta Provincial Government opens Eid al-Fitr THR help desk until 27 March 2026

Head of the Jakarta Provincial Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Energy, Syaripudin, said the THR post is intended to help ensure workers’ rights are fulfilled in accordance with applicable regulations. ‘Through this service, workers and companies can also obtain explanations regarding religious THR provisions, calculation mechanisms, and the procedures for submitting complaints if problems arise in its implementation,’ Syaripudin said in a statement in Jakarta on Friday. The THR post operates every Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB, and on Friday from 08:00 to 15:30 WIB. Syaripudin expressed hope the post would boost corporate compliance in paying THR on time, ‘thus maintaining harmonious, dynamic, and fair industrial relations ahead of Idul Fitri.’
