Jakarta Provincial Government Establishes Health Posts During Lebaran Exodus Period
During the 2026 Lebaran exodus period, health posts will be established at 12 locations with placements remaining identical to the previous year, according to Debi Intan Suri, Acting Head of the Health Service Division at Jakarta’s Health Department, during a telephone interview in Jakarta on Friday.
The 12 locations include Kampung Rambutan Terminal, Pulo Gebang Terminal, Kalideres Terminal, Tanjung Priok Terminal, Grogol Terminal, Lebak Bulus Terminal and Muara Angke Terminal, along with Pasar Senen Station, Gambir Station, Jakarta Kota Station, Kali Adem Port and Muara Angke Port.
Debi noted that Marina Ancol Pier remains under repair, so operations will be transferred to other ports and piers.
Beyond terminals, piers and stations, health posts will also be located at several tourist attractions in Jakarta, including the National Monument, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Ragunan Zoo, the Old City Tourism Area and the Thousand Islands.
The health posts, designated for the public, homebound travellers, drivers and others requiring health screening, will operate from 13-30 March 2026.
