Jakarta MRT Operating Hours During Eid Holiday, Rp 1 Fare Applies

PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) will implement a weekend operational pattern during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah holiday period, namely from 18-24 March 2026. During that period, MRT Jakarta’s service hours will run from 05:00 to 24:00 WIB. The train departure interval is set every 10 minutes. Specifically on the night of Takbiran, MRT Jakarta’s services will be extended until 01:00 WIB. “All 13 stations will operate according to these provisions, with a total of 219 train trips using 7 train sets,” said Corporate Secretary Division Head of MRT Jakarta, Rendy Primartantyo, in his statement on Thursday (19/3/2026). Rendy stated that during the holiday period, MRT Jakarta ensures services continue to run with maintained service standards. All stations will be open with normal services, and additional staff will be deployed to maintain passenger comfort, both in the station areas and inside the trains. “To maintain mutual comfort during the holiday period, customers are urged to remain orderly and keep the station areas and inside the trains clean, as well as always follow the instructions of the staff,” he said.
