Jakarta Mobile SIM Service Locations Today, 29 May 2026, at Five Locations

JAKARTA - Jakarta’s Mobile SIM service is available at five different locations today, Friday, 29 May 2026, to process renewals for active Class A and Class C driving licences. The programme, provided by the Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Directorate, aims to facilitate citizens in renewing their SIM without having to visit the Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi SIM (Satpas) office. According to the official TMC Polda Metro Jaya account, the Mobile SIM service operates from 8am to 2pm WIB. The following are the Jakarta Mobile SIM service locations on Friday, 29 May 2026: Citizens are advised to arrive early as queues typically increase in the afternoon. The Mobile SIM service only processes renewals for valid SIMs. If the SIM validity expires, even by one day, applicants must apply for a new SIM at a Satpas office. According to regulations, the renewal fee for SIM A is Rp80,000 and SIM C is Rp75,000. Applicants must also pay additional fees for health checks and psychological tests. In total, SIM renewal costs typically range from Rp190,000 to Rp220,000 depending on additional services used. Direct SIM renewals are also available at several Satpas offices across Jakarta. With these service options, Jakarta residents are encouraged to renew their SIM on time without distance or long queue constraints.
