The Jakarta Information Commission (KI DKI Jakarta) is continuing to strengthen the readiness of public bodies for the 2026 Electronic Monitoring and Evaluation (E-Monev) of Public Information Disclosure through a ‘Coaching Clinic’ programme that has been running since 13 August 2026.

Aang Muhdi Gozali, Head of the Institutional Affairs Division at KI DKI Jakarta, said the assistance does not only focus on document fulfilment but also encourages improvements in information disclosure governance within public bodies.

“The Coaching Clinic serves as a space for public bodies to identify shortcomings and strengthen their readiness for the 2026 E-Monev,” Aang said in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday.

The activity is aimed at public bodies rated ‘Fairly Informative’, ‘Less Informative’, and ‘Not Informative’ based on the results of the 2025 E-Monev of Public Information Disclosure.

“The Coaching Clinic is a follow-up to the Decree of the Chair of KI DKI Jakarta Number 001/KEP/KIDKI/XII/2025 concerning the Results of the 2025 E-Monev Assessment of Public Information Disclosure,” he said.

“The assistance provided by KI DKI Jakarta’s expert staff covers six main E-Monev indicators, namely information quality, facilities and infrastructure, types of information, information services, organisational commitment, and digitalisation,” he added.

KI DKI Jakarta has assisted 12 public bodies as of Wednesday (19/8), with assistance continuing for Gandaria Selatan Urban Village, Pasar Minggu Urban Village, Pasar Minggu Sub-district, and Galur Urban Village.

“Through the Coaching Clinic, KI DKI Jakarta encourages public bodies not merely to fulfil the administrative aspects of the assessment, but to build an information disclosure system that is of high quality, responsive, easily accessible, and sustainable,” Aang said.
