Then, regarding the loan from the National Economic Recovery Fund (PEN) through PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI) to accelerate regional infrastructure development in 2019. “I completed the construction of Gianyar Town Square, Sanjiwani Hospital, and Payangan Hospital,” said Mahayastra. Mahayastra said that Gianyar became the area with the smallest economic decline during the Covid-19 pandemic. This was based on the results of an economic survey in Bali. All regional apparatus organisations (OPD) in Gianyar were required to use a digital application system for public services and government administration. That effort was carried out to support efficiency and transparency in government governance. The Head of the Jakarta DKI DPRD Delegation, Yuke Yurike, appreciated the development in Gianyar. Yuke said that the innovations and bold development programmes in Gianyar were deemed capable of bringing positive changes to the community. “We came initially to learn one or two things, but it turned out we gained many valuable lessons and experiences,” said Yuke.
