Jakarta Customs Grants Additional Facility to PT Hanes Supply Chain to Boost Industrial Fluidity

The Jakarta Regional Office of Customs and Excise has granted PT Hanes Supply Chain Indonesia permission for additional treatment within its bonded zone. The facilitation is provided to support the smooth running of production processes while ensuring industrial activities proceed in accordance with needs and prevailing regulations.

PT Hanes Supply Chain Indonesia is a company engaged in the production of clothing for a number of well-known brands. Its products are marketed to various countries, including the United States and Australia. With such an international market reach, the company needs to ensure that every product meets the required quality and safety standards.

One of the company’s needs is the use of metal detector machines in the production process before products are exported. These machines serve to ensure that products are free from metal materials that could potentially affect the safety or quality of the clothing.
