Jakarta Creative Festival 2026 Records IDR 55 Billion in Transactions, IDR 575 Billion in Financing Commitments
The Jakarta Kreatif Festival (JKF) 2026 recorded transactions worth IDR 55 billion during its two-day run. The event also facilitated banking financing commitments to corporations totalling IDR 575 billion. Head of the Bank Indonesia (BI) Representative Office for DKI Jakarta, Iwan Setiawan, stated that these achievements demonstrate JKF’s role as a collaborative space to strengthen the creative economy ecosystem and expand financing access for business actors. “Total transactions during the two days of JKF 2026 reached IDR 55 billion, including business matching transactions for MSME financing and exports. Additionally, through the Indonesian Intermediation Acceleration Programme (PINISI), banking financing commitments to corporations worth IDR 575 billion were secured,” Iwan said in a statement on Sunday (5/7/2026). JKF 2026 involved 377 tenants, comprising 290 MSME tenants and 87 service, education, and community tenants, supported by 67 institutions and agencies. The event attracted 15,000 visitors. Jakarta Regional Secretary Uus Kuswanto noted that creativity and collaboration are essential foundations for strengthening Jakarta’s economic competitiveness ahead of its transformation into a global city.
