Travellers planning to depart Jakarta for Batang via toll roads can take advantage of the 2026 Lebaran toll discount programme.

The 2026 Mudik toll discount programme offers a 30 per cent price reduction. The policy takes effect from 15 March at 00:00 WIB until 16 March at 24:00 WIB.

With this tariff reduction, travel costs via toll from Jakarta to the Pantura region, including Batang Regency, are significantly lower compared to standard rates.

To reach Batang, travellers will pass through several major toll segments that form part of the Trans-Java Toll Network.

From Jakarta, drivers can exit at two toll gates: Batang Gate and Kandeman Gate.

According to Trans-Java toll rate information from the Toll Road Regulatory Authority (BPJT), the total Jakarta-Batang toll fare in 2026 for Class I vehicles before discount reaches Rp 323,000, assuming exit at Batang/Pasekaran Gate.

During the period from 15 March at 00:00 WIB until 16 March at 24:00 WIB, toll users will receive a 30 per cent toll discount for the Jakarta-Semarang journey segment.

With the 2026 Mudik toll discount applied, the Jakarta-Batang toll fare for Class I vehicles becomes approximately Rp 226,000 when exiting at the Batang/Pasekaran Gate.

The Batang toll fare is Rp 5,000 higher if drivers exit at Kandeman Gate, which accesses the Semarang-Batang toll section.

For homecoming travellers continuing towards the Pantura region, including Batang, this tariff reduction can help reduce travel costs during the holiday season.

Travellers using this route are advised to prepare electronic wallet balance of at least Rp 250,000 to ensure smooth toll payment transactions throughout their journey.
