The Jakarta Provincial Government has achieved an Unqualified Opinion (Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian - WTP) for the ninth consecutive time from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) for its 2025 financial reports. “The BPK has granted an Unqualified Opinion. The WTP opinion is the highest rating for the 2025 financial reports,” stated Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi, Member V of the BPK, during a plenary session of the Jakarta Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) on Friday.

He explained that the WTP opinion was awarded based on four key aspects: compliance with government accounting standards, the effectiveness of internal control systems, adherence to laws and regulations, and the adequacy of financial information disclosure. Bobby noted that the achievement in Follow-up on Audit Result Recommendations (TLRHP) serves as a vital benchmark for increasing the impact of audits.

According to his report, as of 31 December 2025, the Jakarta Provincial Government had completed 10,459 out of 12,241 recommendations, representing an 85.44 per cent completion rate. This figure exceeds the national target of 75 per cent. “However, I request the Governor to continue increasing efforts towards resolution. We have also instructed BPK regional heads to proactively encourage the completion of follow-ups, in coordination with the DPRD,” Bobby added.

Furthermore, he emphasised that the effective and efficient use of the Regional Budget (APBD) is crucial, as it reflects public trust and societal expectations. “Therefore, synergy from all parties is required to ensure that the budget provides optimal benefits that are directly felt by the community,” he concluded.
