Jahja Setiaatmadja Buys 802,056 BBCA Shares

Several directors and commissioners of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) have collectively increased their shareholdings on 25 March 2026. All transactions were conducted at the same price of Rp6,982 per share, with the aim of long-term investment.

According to the disclosure of information, the details of the share purchases and the estimated funds expended by each are as follows: BCA President Commissioner Jahja Setiaatmadja bought 802,056 shares at Rp6,982 per share. With this purchase, the estimated funds expended amount to around Rp5.59 billion. His shareholding increased from 35,000,644 to 35,802,700 shares.

Not only Jahja, Director Frengky Chandra Kusuma bought 405,990 shares at the same price, with estimated funds of around Rp2.83 billion. His total holding rose from 2,429,926 to 2,835,916 shares.

Meanwhile, Director Lianawaty Suwono accumulated 465,825 shares, with a transaction value estimated at around Rp3.25 billion. Her holding increased from 3,440,417 to 3,906,242 shares.

Then, Director A. Widodo Mulyono bought 240,569 shares, equivalent to around Rp1.68 billion, bringing his total holding up from 440,838 to 681,407 shares.

In the OJK report, Director Hendra Tanumihardja also added 147,933 shares with estimated funds of around Rp1.03 billion, increasing his holding from 193,206 to 341,139 shares.

Meanwhile, Director Haryanto Tiara Budiman bought 379,428 shares with a transaction value of around Rp2.65 billion, raising his total holding from 1,057,378 to 1,436,806 shares.

Overall, this share-buying action by the management team totals more than 2.4 million shares with estimated funds exceeding Rp17 billion.
