JAKARTA – PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, through its Representative Office 1 Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad, immediately took action following reports of several vehicles encountering tyre issues while traversing the Jagorawi Toll Road section on Thursday (30/4/2026). Together with Jasamarga Tollroad Operator (JMTO) and Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance (JMTM), checks and repairs were promptly carried out at the locations complained about by road users to ensure safety aspects. The results revealed at least eight points of road surface damage in the affected area. Considering the rainy weather around the Jagorawi Toll Road, the JMTM team took tactical measures by performing temporary repairs on the same night. This step was taken to allow the route to remain optimally traversable by road users while awaiting the schedule for permanent repairs. Additionally, Mobile Customer Service fleets, tow trucks, and JMTO service teams were stationed at the location to assist vehicles with issues and maintain smooth traffic flow. “We extend our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Every piece of information from road users is our concern, and we immediately follow it up with on-site inspections and handling so that road users’ journeys can proceed smoothly again,” stated Alvin in his official statement on Friday (1/5/2026). Jasa Marga also appreciated the reports from road users and urged drivers to remain vigilant, maintain safe distances, and comply with on-site officers’ instructions for collective safety.
