Jackson Tandiono Revealed as Beneficial Owner of JSKY
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Sky Energi Utama Tbk. (JSKY) has disclosed the beneficial owners of the company in detail. Three beneficial owners control JSKY through the holding company PT Trinitan Global Pasifik.
According to disclosures, the three individuals are Ferry Joedianto Robertus Tandiono, Jackson Tandiono, and Richard Tandiono. These names are based on the shareholding structure of Trinitan Global Pasifik.
JSKY Chief Executive Officer Jung Fan stated that no individual meets the criteria of beneficial owner as defined in Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation I-E and Presidential Regulation Number 13 of 2018 (Perpres) and its implementing regulations. However, he continued that Jackson Tandiono is the beneficial owner of the renewable energy company, based on both direct and indirect shareholdings.
“Nevertheless, to fulfil further explanations requested by the Stock Exchange, we explain that the beneficial owner of the Company is Jackson Tandiono, where Jackson Tandiono controls the Company indirectly through shareholding in PT Trinitan Global Pasifik, which is the controlling shareholder of the Company, and as the true owner of the funds underlying the Company’s shareholding,” Jung stated in the disclosure cited on Friday (27 February 2026).
JSKY is one of the business entities of the Trinitan Group, owned by the Tandiono family. Few know of the business activities of the Tandiono family, but this family enterprise has diversified extensively.
Ferry Joedianto Robertus Tandiono is a key figure in the Trinitan Group. He is the founder of battery manufacturer PT Nipress Tbk. (NIPS) under the NS brand.
Additionally, the Trinitan Group also owns PT Trinitan Metal and Minerals Tbk. (PURE), a metal and mineral processing company (smelter).
Shares in JSKY and PURE are currently suspended by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and face potential delisting. Meanwhile, NIPS was delisted from the BEI on 21 July 2025, after being suspended for five years.
