I usually commute on an express train plying the Bekasi-
Jakarta route and used to be satisfied with it. Lately, however,
I have found it to be behind schedule and the air conditioner has
not been working properly.

Worse still, there are some illegal passengers. They pay only
half the fare to the railway officials in charge on the train.

The railway company management must stop this practice and
also ensure that the train will again be punctual and properly
air-conditioned like before.
