Jababeka targets 'marketing sales' Rp3.75 trillion in 2026
Jakarta – PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA), a property developer and industrial estate developer, is targeting marketing sales of Rp3.75 trillion for 2026. The target is higher than the company’s marketing sales of Rp3.20 trillion in 2025, up 13 percent year on year (YoY) from 2024. ‘The company has set a marketing sales target of Rp3.75 trillion in 2026, driven mainly by sustained strong demand for industrial land in Kendal and Cikarang,’ said Corporate Secretary Muljadi Suganda in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in Jakarta on Thursday. From the target, the company expects Rp1.25 trillion to be contributed from Cikarang and other sources, consisting of Rp800 billion from sales of matured land and industrial products, and Rp450 billion from residential and commercial products. During 2025, Jababeka recorded total revenue of Rp5.15 trillion, up 12 percent YoY from 2024. The Pillar Land Development & Property contributed Rp2.46 trillion to total revenue in 2025, down from Rp2.56 trillion in 2024. The Pillar Infrastructure (primarily electricity, water, waste management, estate management, and port) contributed Rp2.57 trillion in 2025, up 34 percent YoY from Rp1.90 trillion in 2024.
