J Trust Bank Rebrands, Prepares New Strategy in Indonesia
PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) is strengthening its business strategy in Indonesia through a rebranding process marked by the construction of a new head office, J Trust Bank City Tower, in the Tanah Abang area of Central Jakarta.
President Director of J Trust Bank Ritsuo Fukadai said the construction of the new head office is part of the company’s long-term strategy to strengthen its business and brand position in Indonesia.
“The construction of J Trust Bank City Tower is a very important milestone in our journey in Indonesia. It is a manifestation of our strong confidence in the future of the Indonesian economy,” Ritsuo said, as quoted on Saturday (29/8/2026).
The 24-storey building commenced construction with a groundbreaking ceremony on 27 August 2026. The project is being undertaken by PT Tatamulia Nusantara Indah, 67 percent of whose shares are owned by Toda Corporation of Japan.
Ritsuo said the rebranding process is not only about changing the appearance or logo, but also relates to the company’s business strategy and position in the Indonesian market.
“This is not merely a change of appearance or logo, but a process to strengthen business strategy, increase brand awareness, and solidify our position as a trusted financial partner,” he said.
According to Ritsuo, the new head office will support J Trust Bank’s operational activities and collaboration in Indonesia. The company also views Indonesia’s economic development as one of the factors supporting its business prospects going forward.
