Iwan Sunito Brings Global Business Insights via Indonesia Roadshow
One Global Capital will hold a series of World Roadshow 2026 events in several major Indonesian cities throughout June. The programme targets investors, entrepreneurs, professionals, and families seeking to understand business opportunities and asset development in international markets, specifically Australia.
Under the theme “Think Global, Grow Global: Business, Property & Migration Insights from Australia”, the roadshow will feature discussions on the global economic climate, the Australian property market, cross-border asset diversification, and opportunities in international education and migration.
Iwan Sunito, Chairman and Group CEO of One Global Capital, noted that increasing global economic uncertainty is prompting many business owners and investors to seek alternatives for expanding their portfolios and international business networks. “In an increasingly dynamic era, many families and business actors are not only seeking growth but also stability, global connectivity, and access to broader international opportunities. Australia offers an attractive combination of a stable business environment, high quality of life, and access to global networks that are increasingly relevant to the Indonesian community,” said Iwan.
The Indonesian roadshow is part of One Global Capital’s international agenda, which will subsequently continue to Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the United States.
During each session, participants will gain insights into Australian market developments, global economic trends, international asset management strategies, cross-border business expansion opportunities, and various residency and migration pathways. Iwan Sunito will serve as the keynote speaker. With over three decades of experience in the Australian property industry, he has been involved in developments valued at over AUD 9 billion.
Currently, One Global Capital manages various projects with a development value of approximately AUD 3.6 billion and aims to grow this to over AUD 6 billion. The company also targets Assets Under Management (AUM) of more than AUD 1 billion before the end of 2026. Notable projects in the company’s portfolio include The Grand Eastlakes in Sydney, One Global Resorts Green Square and Parramatta, One Macquarie Park, and the Five Dock Precinct.

In the Indonesian roadshow, Iwan will be accompanied by his son, Samuel Sunito, Director of Capital at One Global Capital, who manages the company’s growth strategy and investor relations. The Indonesian event also involves Bambang Irawan and Philip Yang as Joint Managing Vice Presidents of One Global Capital Indonesia, and Herman Suwito as the National Channel Agents Coordinator for One Global Capital Indonesia.
Beyond investment and property, the roadshow will feature a special session on migration to Australia with Philip Au, a Registered Australian Migration Agent with over two decades of experience in business visas, migration, and relocation. Participants are advised to consult with independent advisors before making decisions regarding investment, finance, taxation, law, or migration.
