ITDC provides 'bundling packages' for 2026 MotoGP Mandalika

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero), also known as InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), is building an integrated tourism ecosystem through a ‘bundling package’ programme for the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia (MotoGP™).

This collaboration integrates event tickets, accommodation, air and sea transport, airport hospitality, as well as logistics and cargo handling services to provide a more complete and seamless travel experience for tourists.

“MotoGP is not merely a motorsport event, but also an economic driver for tourism capable of increasing visitor numbers, extending the length of stay, and boosting tourism spending in Mandalika and Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara,” said Troy Warokka, ITDC Director of Operations and Chairman of the Pertamina Grandlag Prix of Indonesia 2026, during a business synergy signing event in Jakarta on Tuesday.

Antavaya Tour and Panorama JTB (PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk) are serving as travel management partners responsible for developing and marketing these travel packages. Various travel components are supported by PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (HIN) for accommodation, PT Dharma Lautan Utama (DLU) for sea transport, Garuda Indonesia, PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri, and PT Pelita Air Service for air transport, as well as IAS Hospitality for airport services.

Meanwhile, PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi (IAS), alongside MGPA Nusantara Jaya, is supporting operational needs through freight forwarding, logistics, and cargo handling services.

Under this scheme, Antavaya is developing travel packages for the domestic market, while Panorama JTB is targeting the overseas market.

Antavaya has prepared four package options starting from IDR 5 million per person, which have been marketed since 5 August 2026. For the international market, Panorama JTB is preparing travel packages that integrate the experience of watching the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia with accommodation and travel services.

One package includes a 4-day, 3-night trip, hotel, breakfast, Regular Grandstand tickets, airport-to-hotel transfers, hotel-to-circuit transfers, and dedicated host assistance, starting from 460 USD.

To support these packages, HIN is providing an allotment of 90 rooms at Merumatta Senggigi and 55 rooms at Prime Park Lombok for the period of 9–12 October 2026.

In terms of connectivity, Garuda Indonesia, TransNusa, and Pelita Air are supporting accessibility to Lombok through integrated air transport, joint promotions, and the potential for additional flights during the event period.

As of 10 August 2026, TransNusa has increased the frequency of the Denpasar–Lombok route to five flights and is exploring capacity increases on other routes.

Additionally, DLU provides alternative sea connectivity via the Surabaya–Lombok–Surabaya route, which can be integrated into the bundling packages. The travel experience is further enhanced by IAS Hospitality through promotions in airport lounge networks and lounge and concierge services for specific package holders.

On the operational side, IAS’s support includes managing import-export documents, customs clearance, air, sea, and land cargo transport, as well as logistics handling for the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia towards the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit.

The Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026 will take place from 9–11 October 2026 at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, The Mandalika, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.

Strategic sponsorship support is also coming from the banking sector through PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) and PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BSI).

BRI is providing support through the Management of Mandalika Warriors, brand placement at the event area, activity booths, and ease of digital transactions via BRImo. Meanwhile, BSI is supporting the strengthening of the banking and tourism ecosystem for the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia.

For the public wishing to attend the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia, Presale 2 is ongoing until 16 September 2026, with discounts of up to 20 per cent for the Grandstand category and 10 per cent for the VIP Hospitality category.
