Italian week at Unas

The private National University (Unas), in cooperation with
the Italian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Center, is hosting
the International Italian Language and Culture Week.

The event, which began on Oct. 4 and ends on Monday, features
an international workshop on Italian language teaching methods at
the Unas campus in South Jakarta.

Participants from various universities, including the
University of Indonesia, Udayana University of Denpasar, Bali,
Gadjah Mada University of Yogyakarta and the Jakarta State
University, are taking part in the workshop, which was opened by
Italian Ambassador to Indonesia Francesco M. Greco.

Ambassador Greco said the Italian government planned to
provide more scholarships to Indonesian students studying Italian
culture and language in Italy. -- The Jakarta Post
