PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) has confirmed its participation in the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026, held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, Tangerang Regency, Banten, from 30 July to 9 August 2026. At the exhibition, Isuzu will present five commercial vehicles that have been modified to provide inspiration for unit utilisation across various business sectors. Business Strategy Division Head of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia, Rian Erlangga, stated that Isuzu’s participation in GIIAS 2026 is a momentum to get closer to customers while demonstrating the company’s commitment to supporting the business world through commercial vehicles suited to market needs. According to him, Isuzu commercial vehicles, long known for their reliability in the logistics sector, can also be utilised for various other sectors. “Isuzu’s participation in GIIAS 2026 will provide a new perspective for Isuzu Partners in utilising vehicles across various business sectors. Isuzu vehicles, already known for their reliability in on-road sectors like logistics, are capable of offering mobility solutions for other business sectors, from the creative sector to public services,” said Rian Erlangga in an official statement on Friday (17/7/2026). He added that besides presenting commercial vehicles, Isuzu is also inviting visitors to experience a more complete journey through various interactive activities, after-sales consultation services, and a number of innovations prepared so that customers feel more confident in running their businesses with Isuzu. At GIIAS 2026, Isuzu will showcase five vehicles based on the Isuzu TRAGA, Isuzu ELF, Isuzu GIGA, Isuzu mu-X, and Isuzu D-Max, which have been applied for various needs ranging from public services to the creative industry. All these vehicles are displayed as an embodiment of the ‘Real Partner, Real Journey’ spirit in delivering mobility solutions for diverse industrial sectors. In addition to the vehicle line-up, the Isuzu booth will also host various interactive activities to introduce technology and product excellence. Visitors can consult on after-sales services, from the workshop network, spare parts availability, and vehicle maintenance programmes, to various solutions designed to help improve customer operational productivity.
