HEALTHY BREAD WINNER: Out of 41 participants, mostly from five
and four-star hotels in Jakarta, Wahyudin Noor, the Pastry Chef
at Hotel Borobudur in Jakarta, was recently awarded first prize
in the "Healthy Bread Competition". He also received a
scholarship to attend a related workshop in Canada. Pictured
