Israel's Secret Weapons Factory in Czech Republic Torched
Facilities linked to Israeli arms giant Elbit Systems were set ablaze in an early morning attack in the Czech Republic. The action was immediately claimed by an underground group, while local authorities are investigating it as a possible terrorist act.
According to detikNews on Friday (20/3/2026), several buildings at the site, which is a joint operation between a Czech company and Elbit Systems, were destroyed in the early morning attack local time.
Elbit Systems describes itself as a major supplier of ground and air weapons used by the Israeli military in various wars, including in Gaza and Iran.
Underground Group Claims Responsibility
A group calling itself The Earthquake Faction has claimed responsibility for the attack. In a statement on Telegram, they described the location as the European operations centre of Israel’s largest arms producer. Now, that place is burning.
“We are in the heart of the crime, surrounded by the stench of evil,” the group stated.
They also added there is no time to appeal to involved international governments. “We will take the necessary actions to extinguish their ways of killing,” they asserted.
Czech police are investigating the fire as a possible terrorist act. This was stated by the Interior Minister following the claim from the anti-Israel group.
“We are examining all available information. There is a possibility of links to a terrorist attack,” said Interior Minister Lubomir Metnar at time X. The statement came after firefighters reported the incident occurred at a warehouse in a business district.
