Israeli Forces Continue to Bombard Gaza Strip

Gaza (ANTARA) - Israeli occupation forces continue to carry out attacks and violations of the ceasefire in several areas of the Gaza Strip in recent hours.

They launched artillery fire and heavy weapons targeting areas in the eastern and southern parts of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that Israeli artillery hit areas east and south of Khan Younis, while Israeli military vehicles stationed near the eastern and southern borders of the city fired continuously.

The eastern area of the Al-Bureij refugee camp was also targeted by intense Israeli artillery bombardment, causing residents to panic.

Meanwhile, in the Gaza City area, Israeli naval ships opened fire towards the city’s coastline, although there were no immediate reports of casualties.
