Israel Strongly Indicated to Betray Gaza Ceasefire, How Will Resistance Fighters Respond?
Day by day, Israel is assessed to be increasingly demonstrating its intention to cancel the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, even potentially resuming war if given the green light by the United States.
Observers believe this is evident in Israel’s efforts to focus all of President Donald Trump’s plans on a single issue: the disarmament of Palestinian resistance groups.
Since the US-mediated agreement came into effect in October 2025, Israel has never ceased violating various provisions and has refused to fulfil its part of the obligations.
Furthermore, Israel continues to expand its military presence in the Gaza Strip and has recently expressed intentions to continue such expansion.
In the months following the announcement of the agreement, Israel has killed hundreds of Palestinians and launched hundreds of attacks across various regions in Gaza.
This situation has prompted an independent United Nations (UN) committee to state that the ongoing deliberate killing of children in Gaza strengthens allegations of genocidal intent by Israel.
In addition to continuing assassination operations, Israel’s National Security Council has once again discussed plans for the displacement of Gaza’s population under the term ‘voluntary migration’.
Meanwhile, Al Jazeera reported on Wednesday (24/06/2026), citing the Haaretz newspaper and several sources, that such moves are likely related to a secret agreement between US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
