Israel Attacks Nabatieh District in Lebanon, Two Killed Including Healthcare Worker

Lebanon’s Ministry of Health reported on Sunday (25 May 2026) that two people were killed, including a medic from the Islamic Health Committee affiliated with Hezbollah, and 10 others were injured. ‘Consecutive Israeli attacks on the town of Arab Salim in the Nabatieh district killed two people, including a medic from the Islamic Health Committee, and injured 10 others, including two Islamic Health Committee medics and four from the Risala Scouts Association,’ the ministry statement said, according to AFP on Monday (25 May 2026). Lebanon condemned ongoing attacks on the health and emergency sectors in southern Lebanon. Rescue workers from the Risala Scouts Association are affiliated with a charity movement allied with Hezbollah.
