Gaza - Israel has once again violated the ceasefire by carrying out attacks in Gaza, Palestine. Israeli strikes have killed 10 people in the last 24 hours.

As reported by Al Jazeera on Sunday (2/15/2026), at least nine Palestinians were killed in attacks since dawn. The first strike occurred in Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, where Israeli forces targeted a tent sheltering Palestinian displaced persons. Another airstrike was then carried out against a group of people in Khan Younis. At least five people were killed.

The Palestinians who were killed were going about their normal lives when Israel targeted them. However, Israel claimed there were five Hamas fighters among them.

Meanwhile, one other person had been killed in an earlier attack. In total, 10 people were killed by Israeli strikes in Gaza in the last 24 hours.

Overall, more than 1,600 violations have occurred during the ceasefire period that began in October 2025. Nearly 600 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire took effect.
