The rape case involving an administrator of the Ash-Sholihah Islamic boarding school, identified by the initials NH or GN, against a former student has entered the investigation stage. Eight witnesses have been called to provide statements regarding the case.

“Yes, today there are eight witnesses,” stated the Head of Criminal Investigation at Sleman Police, AKP Mateus Wiwit Kustiadi, as reported by detikJogja on Saturday (12/9/2026).

Wiwit added that the police are conducting a case review today to officially designate a suspect in the case.

It is known that the administrator of one of the boarding schools in Sleman, NH or GN, was reported to the police for allegedly raping a former student of the institution. The victim, aged 21, is currently pregnant.

“The locus delicti (crime scene) is within the boarding school, specifically in one of the rooms inside the premises. The first incident occurred in late December 2025, and the second occurred in January 2026,” said the victim’s legal counsel, Gusti Rian Saputra, when met at Sleman Police Headquarters on Thursday (10/9).

Gusti noted that according to the boarding school’s official website, the alleged perpetrator is listed as the Deputy Chairman of the Daily Board.

“We also received information from several witnesses that he is indeed an administrator there. As an administrator, teacher, or kiai, there is no dispute, as it is clearly stated on the official website and confirmed by several parties, including the boarding school itself,” he said.

According to Gusti, at the time of the incidents, the victim was a former student of the boarding school. However, she was assigned by the school to assist with its operations.

“She studied there for six years, from junior to senior high school, served for one year, and worked for two years without pay under the principle of ‘khidmat’ (devotion),” he added.
