Iskandar Kunaefi Officially Appointed as President Director of PT Pos Indonesia Amid Board Reshuffle

PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) officially has a new captain. Shareholders appointed M. Iskandar Kunaefi as the company’s President Director through a recent decree, which also involved a reshuffle of the board of directors and changes to the nomenclature of several strategic positions. The decision is outlined in PT Pos Indonesia Shareholder Decree Number 343 of 2026. In the decree, the shareholders confirmed the dismissal of Daud Joseph from the position of President Director and appointed M. Iskandar Kunaefi as his replacement. Beyond the change in the company’s top leadership, the decision also regulates changes to the board’s composition aimed at adjusting the company’s organisational structure. The appointment of M. Iskandar Kunaefi as President Director was a key point in the shareholder decision announced through information disclosure on Monday, 20 July 2026. In the decision, shareholders also appointed Rosmanidar Zulkifli as Director of Risk Management, a new position created alongside the changes in board nomenclature. The shareholders also adjusted the organisational structure at the board level. One of the changes involved altering the nomenclature of the Director of Finance and Risk Management to Director of Finance. Concurrently, the company established a new position, namely Director of Risk Management. The creation of this position means the functions of financial management and risk management are now separated into two different directorates. This change was accompanied by a transfer of duties for the director who previously held both functions. Fathul Anwar, who previously served as Director of Finance and Risk Management, is now assigned as the company’s Director of Finance. Meanwhile, the position of Director of Risk Management has been entrusted to Rosmanidar Zulkifli.
