Ishizuka Maspion partners with Suryanesia to install solar power plants for renewable energy commitment
PT Ishizuka Maspion Indonesia (Ishizuka Maspion), part of the Maspion Group, has partnered with clean energy provider Suryanesia to install rooftop solar power plants (PLTS) as part of its commitment to renewable energy sources (EBT).
“Through solar power technology, we hope to generate more environmentally friendly energy, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, and support Indonesia’s national energy mix targets,” said Assistant Plant Manager PT Ishizuka Maspion Indonesia Susanto in a written statement in Jakarta on Monday.
The rooftop solar power system has been installed at the company’s production facility located in the Maspion Industrial Zone, Romokalisari, Surabaya, East Java.
Susanto stated that this step not only strengthens production efficiency for Ishizuka Maspion but also enhances competitiveness in terms of sustainability amid growing global market demands for low-emission industrial practices.
Investment in renewable energy, according to Susanto, is an integral part of the company’s strategy to ensure responsible and sustainable business growth.
For this strategic project, Ishizuka Maspion entrusted the development and installation to Suryanesia.
Susanto noted that the partner selection was conducted through comprehensive consideration, ranging from solutions tailored to industrial needs, proven system quality, to the team’s experience in handling large-scale solar energy projects.
Suryanesia Founder and CEO Rheza Adhihusada added that this collaboration represents an important step in promoting the use of clean energy in the industrial sector whilst supporting more efficient and sustainable operations.
He also appreciated PT Ishizuka Maspion Indonesia’s progressive approach in building a greener future and acknowledged support from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and PLN in strengthening renewable energy ecosystem in Indonesia.
