ISF 2026 Officially Opens, Highlighting Indonesia's Strategy to Face Sustainability Challenges
The Indonesia International Sustainability Forum (ISF) 2026 officially opened on Tuesday (06/10/2026) at the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, carrying the theme “Investing for a Resilient, Sustainable, and Prosperous World.” Entering its fourth year, the ISF continues to serve as a strategic forum bringing together the government, business players, investors, financial institutions, international organisations, and experts to drive investment and collaboration within the sustainable development agenda.
Amidst global uncertainty, ISF 2026 discusses how to maintain economic growth while accelerating the low-carbon transition, strengthening resilience, and creating long-term value through investment, technology, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration.
The ISF 2026 series opened with keynote speeches by the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM Republic of Indonesia/CEO of Danantara, Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, and the General Chair of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), Anindya Bakrie.
During the opening of ISF 2026, the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming, Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, stated that sustainability is not merely a climate agenda, but also one of industry, investment, and security.
