PT Folago Global Nusantara Tbk (IRSX) considers its business expansion through the addition of new business activities in the creative design services sector to have promising prospects. An independent feasibility study indicates the investment in this business line could achieve payback in approximately 1 year and 8 months.

The plan will be executed through its subsidiary, PT Folago Karya Indonesia (FKI), which will add the Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) 74199, covering Other Specialised Design Activities.

According to the company’s public disclosure, the independent assessor concluded that the plan to add these business activities is feasible from both a financial and operational standpoint. The study shows the project has a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp18.1 billion. Furthermore, the Profitability Index (PI) was recorded at 9.38 times, while the investment payback period is estimated at only 1 year and 8 months.

“Based on the results of the feasibility analysis that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the addition of new business activities is feasible to implement,” the feasibility study stated, as quoted in the company’s disclosure on Tuesday, 24 June 2026.

The company explained that the new business activities will focus on creative design services, including visual brand identity development, promotional materials, digital marketing campaigns, packaging design, and creative content creation for various business needs.

This move aims to capture growth opportunities in the creative industry and digital marketing, which continue to expand alongside increasing digital economic activity in Indonesia. Data cited in the feasibility study shows national digital advertising spending rose from approximately USD2.56 billion in 2022 to USD3.64 billion in 2025, representing an average annual growth of 12.56 percent. During the same period, total national advertising spending reached approximately USD6.97 billion.

This growth reflects the increasing need for companies to utilise branding, digital marketing, and creative content development services to reach consumers. The company expects the addition of new business activities to broaden its revenue sources and create a more diversified business structure.

Beyond opening new market opportunities, the design business is considered to have relatively light asset and physical investment requirements compared to other sectors. FKI can also leverage the resources, customer networks, and business ecosystem already owned by the Folago Group, enabling more efficient business development.

The company assesses that this business diversification has the potential to strengthen business resilience while increasing revenue contribution in the long term. With the feasibility study showing positive financial indicators and wide-open industry growth prospects, this expansion plan is one of IRSX’s strategic steps to broaden its business base amid the development of the national digital economy.
